Dr. Victoria Smith is a family medicine physician. She is also an assistant professor in the Department of Family, Internal, and Rural Medicine at the College of Community Health Sciences, which operates UMC. Smith earned her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Sint Maarten and completed her residency at The University of Alabama Tuscaloosa Family Medicine Residency Program, which is the College operates.
