University Medical Center in Tuscaloosa will resume evening, in-person patient appointments in August. UMC had converted evening office visits to telemedicine visits this past spring due to Covid-19.
Evening clinic hours will return on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm for scheduled appointments and urgent care for both new patients and established patients. Scheduled appointments can be for routine health care services, including well-child visits, women’s health care, sports physicals and minor procedures.
To make an appointment, call (205) 348-1770. UMC in Tuscaloosa is located at 850 Peter Bryce Boulevard.
UMC provides comprehensive and patient-centered care to the West Alabama community from three locations – Tuscaloosa, Northport and Demopolis. Evening appointments are only offered at the Tuscaloosa location, but are available to UMC patients from other locations, as well as new patients.
